A student who has cleared the class 12th examination that is directed by an examination body and recognized by the Central Government as identical thereto, established by law in India is eligible for CA Foundation Exam 2021. A registered student can appear in CA Foundation Exam once after qualifying for the 10+2 Examination (Senior Secondary Examination.
If you are targeting CA Foundation course eligibility, then after completing your 12th, you need to register yourself for CA foundation registration eligibility and have to study at least for 4 months, then you are ready to meet eligibility criteria. The last date to register yourself is 30 June/31th December, so register yourself before time to write the exam in November/May.

CA Foundation Eligibility Criteria 2021 Exemptions
Criteria for Candidates | Exemptions |

UG & PG | Candidates who have secured aggregate marks of 55% in UG or PG degree in Commerce stream or any other equivalent stream for any recognized university will be exempted from CA Foundation Eligibility Criteria 2021. |
