Requirements for Applying for Jan 2025 Exams
Candidates who are planning to appear in the Jan 2025 exams are advised to check their status at the Self-Service Portal (SSP) and be assured that they meet the eligibility criteria to be able to effortlessly fill out the exam forms at SSP.
Before filling out the exam form, please check the following:
- Candidates are required to have valid login credentials on SSP. If not, please visit
https://eservices.icai.org/ to create the login. - Candidates are required to have valid course registration. In case of lapsed course registration, please make sure to convert on SSP.
Conversion: Candidate whose course code in their dashboard is not as under need to convert to the new
course before making an application for September 2024. No fees are required to be paid

Eligibility Criteria for Filling the CA Foundation Application Form 2025
According to the CA Foundation eligibility criteria, students need to fulfil the below-mentioned conditions
- Students must have cleared their 12th examinations from the recognized board.
- Students must have completed the CA Foundation Registration in Jan 2025 before September 1, 2024.
How to Fill the CA Foundation Exam Form Jan 2025?
Step 1: Login and Apply
Firstly, you need to visit the ICAI official website and log in with your credentials. If you are applying for the first time, you must register for the CA Foundation course.
Afterwards, click on the “Apply Now” button. Note that once you click on “Apply Now”, no changes made to your profile will reflect in your application form.
Step 2: Fill up the Exam form and Submit the Declaration Form 2025
Fill in the details like registration date, PIN, roll number, qualifying exam of class 12th and its year, etc. Furthermore, you also need to submit the declaration form. Students can download the declaration form/certificate of service from the ICAI website.
Ensure you have filled in all the details correctly; once assured, click “Save & Proceed”.
Step 3: Preview the Details
Verify all your details. Click on “Back to Form”, if you want to make corrections.
Step 4: Pay the CA Foundation Exam Form Fees
Click on “Make Payment” to initiate payment. The payment will be done online only. If the payment is not completed, you can click on “Pay” in the dashboard to retry.
Step 5: Download the PDF after Successful Payment
Once your payment is successful, the ICAI will notify you of the payment details. You can download your CA Foundation Exam Form Jan 2025 PDF by clicking on “Download PDF”. If your payment was deducted from the bank, but the success message is not provided on the ICAI site, your payment is not successful.
After submission, a Pdf file will be generated, which needs to be saved in soft or hard copy, only if it has all the correct details along with a photograph and signature.
Suppose the form doesn’t contain a scanned photo and sign. In that case, you must submit the CA Foundation exam form with a photograph and signature at the designated place. And get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or a Gazetted Officer or Head of an Educational Institution and submit the same at the designated office/s of ICAI.
ICAI will release the CA Foundation Result in September 2024 in the first week of November. Students who couldn’t clear the September 2024 exams can register for the June 2025 exams.

If there is some mistake in the exam form, then ICAI opens the correction window for rectifying errors. Here, you can apply for changes in the examination centers, selected group, medium of study, syllabus, etc.
The ICAI will open the correction Window for the January 2025 exam from November 27 to November 29, 2024. Now, to apply for corrections in your CA Foundation application form 2025, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
