After registration for the CA Foundation Course, students also have to fill out the exam form. Along with the exam form, students also need to submit the CA Foundation declaration form. It is important to fill out the declaration form to become eligible for appearing in the CA Foundation exams. CA Foundation Declaration form June 2023
CA foundation registration happens in December and June. ICAI opens a window for filling the application form in February and Students need to fill the application form and attest declaration form online.

Eligibility of Filling Declaration Form for CA Foundation June 2023
The student registered for the CA Foundation June 2023 course can only fill out the application form.
- The students must have registered for the CA Foundation Dec course by July 1, 2023.
- They must have cleared their 10+2 or 12th or senior secondary level exams from any board.

How to Download the CA Foundation Declaration Form:
As we told you earlier declaration form is part of filling the application form. When you fill the application form online you will receive a window asking for your validation for declaration. If you agree to the declaration and submit it then you need not download the declaration form separately.
But if you cannot receive your picture or signature on the application form, then you need to download the application form and declaration form and get it attested with the ICAI official within 15 days. You need not upload it separately if you are filling out the application form online.
