ICAI News – The ICAI Campus Placement December 2025 programme, organized by the Committee for Members in Industry & Business (CMI&B) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is set to open new opportunities for freshly qualified CA’s.
This drive will take place from December 2025 – Jan 2026 across various centres in India.
Important Dates
- Registration Starts – 4th November 2025
- Last Date to Register – 17th November 2025 (for big centres)
- Last Date for Smaller Centres – 31st December 2025
Qualified candidates from September 2025 CA Final exams and those from May 2025 attempt who missed the previous campus can apply.
Eligibility for ICAI Campus Placement December 2025
Candidates eligible for the ICAI Campus Placement December 2025 are:
- Passed both groups of CA Final September 2025 exams.
- Cleared May 2025 CA Final, but didn’t apply in August–September 2025 placements.
- Students who applied for verification of May 2025 results and got results later.
Centre and Interview Schedule
Candidates can select one big centre (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune) & one small centre (like Indore, Lucknow, Bhopal, Guwahati, Rajkot, etc.).
Campus Interviews:
- Big Centres: 2nd–19th December 2025
- Smaller Centres: 19th–23rd January 2026
Orientation Programs: begin from 30th November 2025 across all main cities.
Registration and Portal Access
- Register online at cmibplacements.icai.org
- Use your CA Final roll number to log in.
- Registration Fee: ₹1500 (non-refundable)
- Membership number or undertaking is required for registration.
Process and Guidelines
- Candidates can give consent to maximum 4 organizations per round.
- It’s mandatory to attend interviews after giving consent.
- Dress code and discipline are compulsory.
- If a candidate signs a Declaration Form but doesn’t join, a commitment charge of ₹5000 will apply.
