ICAI News – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the Diploma on Management and Business Finance February 2026 exam dates. This update is important for all eligible members who are planning to appear for the diploma on management and business finance examination in the Feb 2026 session. The announcement has been released by the Examination Department of ICAI through an official notice dated 29th December, 2025.
Diploma on Management and Business Finance Exam Dates – February 2026
As per the official notification, the exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam schedule is as follows:
- Paper I: 9 February 2026
- Paper II: 10 February 2026
- Paper III: 11 February 2026
All three papers will be held from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with a duration of 2 hours for each paper. The examination will be conducted at designated computer centres across India, & the exam will be held as per the schedule.
Exam Centres
The diploma on management and business finance February 2026 exam will be conducted in major cities across India. These include Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Ernakulam, Goa, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, and Vijayawada. Candidates can select their preferred exam centre while filling out the online application form.
Application Dates and How to Apply
Candidates must apply online for the diploma on business finance exam through the official ICAI portal. The online application window will be open from 5th to 9th January, 2026. The examination fee must be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Examination Fees
- ₹6,000 for fresh candidates (for all three papers)
- ₹2,000 per paper for candidates who have passed one or two papers earlier
- ₹2,000 for candidates covered under the transitional provision scheme (Paper I only)
Important Points for Candidates
The diploma on management and business finance exam will be conducted only in English medium. Admit cards will be issued online before the examination date. Candidates are advised to regularly check official ICAI updates & carefully follow the instructions mentioned in the exam guidelines.
