The ICAI exam form schedule for Jan 2026 exams have been officially released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
In the ICAI’s official notification, ICAI exam form submission will open on 3 November 2025, and the last date to apply without a late fee is 16 November 2025. Candidates can still apply with a late fee of ₹600 until 19 November 2025. These deadlines apply to all CA courses (Foundation, Intermediate, Final).

During the correction window (20–22 Nov 2025), candidates may edit limited details – specifically change their exam city or language medium. No other edits are permitted after final submission. The ICAI notification also reminds students to complete their registration details (photo, signature, address) on the SSP well before applying. A late fee of ₹600 applies to forms submitted between 17–19 Nov 2025.
How to Apply
All candidates must apply online via ICAI’s Self Service Portal (SSP) at eservices.icai.org. Use your ICAI registration (SRN) credentials on the portal to fill and submit the CA exam form and pay the exam fee online. Ensure you have an SSP account (create one if needed) before the deadline. The ICAI is clear: only online applications through SSP are accepted – no paper forms will be used.
Missing the deadlines (even with payment) means you cannot register for the January session. Apply early to avoid last-minute rush. For full details, see ICAI’s official exam notification.
