NIRC Hosts AI Tools Workshop for Chartered Accountants

The session was organised at the Jalandhar branch of ICAI. Many CAs, students, and finance professionals took part. The goal was to show how AI tools can make daily tasks easier and faster for accountants.

During the workshop, experts gave live examples and explained how AI can help in areas like data checking, report making, and tax work. The session focused on simple tools that can be used without deep tech knowledge.

Branch chairman CA Sumit Chawla welcomed all the members. He said that as work keeps changing, it’s important for CAs to learn new tools that can help them do better and faster work. He added that the focus of the branch is to support learning that fits today’s needs.

NIRC member CA Rishabh Mahajan also spoke. He said this kind of training helps members stay up to date. Past chairman CA Atul Gupta was also present. He said using smart tools can improve the way Chartered Accountants work and manage time.

The event included hands-on sessions where people got to try tools themselves. Trainers answered questions and helped clear doubts. The session ended with a vote of thanks and a call to keep learning about new tech that supports the accounting field.

This workshop is part of a series by ICAI to help its members learn modern tools in simple ways.
