For the ICAI Campus Placement April – May 2026, ICAI has released the following important dates:
1. Registration Started on: 6th March, 2026
2. Last Date to Register: 17th March, 2026
Eligibility for ICAI Campus Placement April – May 2026
ICAI has clearly defined who can participate in the ICAI Campus Placement April – May 2026 drive.
1. January 2026 CA Final Pass Outs
Candidates who:
- Cleared both groups of CA Final in Jan 2026.
- Will complete their articleship by 30th June, 2026, are eligible to apply for the ICAI Campus Placement April–May 2026 drive.
2. November 2025 CA Final Pass Outs
Candidates who:
- Passed CA Final November 2025
- Will complete articleship between 28th Feb. & 30th June, 2026
- Did not participate in the previous campus placement drive, can also participate in ICAI Campus Placement.
3. Reverification / Revaluation Candidates
Students who applied for verification/revaluation of CA Final November 2025 marks & received results later are also eligible, provided they did not appear in the earlier campus programme.
These eligibility rules ensure that newly qualified CA’s get equal placement opportunities.
ICAI Campus Placement 2026 Registration Process
To participate in ICAI Campus Placement, candidates must register online.
Steps to register:
- Visit the ICAI placement portal.
- Log in using your CA Final roll number.
- Fill in academic details, attempts & articleship information.
- Upload your resume and professional details.
- Pay the required registration fee.
- Select your preferred interview centres.
After registration, companies review the candidate database & shortlist candidates based on marks, attempts, skills & articleship experience.

The ICAI Campus Placement Programme follows a structured hiring process.
