ICAI Campus Placement – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to host its 62nd Campus Placement Programme for newly qualified Chartered Accountants in August and September 2025.
This initiative, overseen by ICAI’s Committee for Members in Industry & Business (CMIB), will be conducted across 29 centres and aims to connect fresh Chartered Accountants with leading companies across the country.
The campus placement programme is a well-established event that provides young professionals with a direct entry into the corporate world. Started in 1995, the initiative has grown in both scale and participation, making it one of the most respected platforms for finance professionals entering the job market.
Interview Dates and Locations – ICAI Campus Placement Programme
The placement interviews are divided into two phases – one for larger centres in August and another for smaller centres in September.
August 2025 (Major Centres):
- Delhi: August 5 to 12
- Mumbai: August 6 to 13
- Bengaluru: August 7 to 14
- Chennai: August 8 to 18
- Jaipur: August 11 to 18
- Pune: August 11 to 19
- Ahmedabad: August 18 to 22
- Kolkata: August 19 to 23
- Hyderabad: August 20 to 26
September 2025 (Smaller Centres):
- Noida, Thane: September 22–23
- Nagpur, Bhopal, Raipur, Rajkot, Patna, Lucknow, Ernakulam, Vadodara, Visakhapatnam: September 24
- Durgapur, Kanpur, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Indore, Ranchi, Chandigarh, Ratlam, Guwahati: September 25

For August Centres:
- Last date to register: July 22, 2025
- Shortlisting: July 22–25
- Consent by candidates: July 26–28
- Second shortlisting (if needed): July 29–30
- Tests (if any): August 2
For September Centres:
- Last date to register: September 10, 2025
- Shortlisting: September 10–12
- Candidate consent: September 13–15
- Second round shortlisting: September 16–17
- Tests or company presentations: September 18–19

- 245 companies participated
- 4,783 job offers
- 3,703 placements
- Top salary package: ₹36 lakh per annum (Trident Ltd.)
Who Can Participate in ICAI Campus Placement Programme?
The drive is open to all companies, regardless of their sector or size. Roles offered typically cover finance, internal audit, consulting, taxation, risk management, and more. Candidates may select two locations – one large and one smaller centre – giving them another opportunity if not placed in the first round.
Additional Details:
Companies are expected to clearly state the job profile, location, compensation structure, and any bond terms during registration. Once shortlisted, candidates must be interviewed. Selected candidates are required to accept the offers through the ICAI portal.
