The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has announced the CMA Final Result June 2025 on 11th August, 2025 along with the pass percentage.
The exams were held in June this year for Group-III, Group-IV, and for candidates who appeared in both groups.
Thousands of students from different parts of the country took part in the final stage of this professional course. For many, the result day brought relief and celebration, while others will be looking ahead to their next attempt.
CMA Final Result June 2025 Pass Percentage
Group-III only
- Appeared: 10,503
- Passed: 1,701
- Pass percentage: 16.20%
Several candidates said the paper had a fair mix of theory and practical questions, though a few found the time limit tight.
Group-IV only
- Appeared: 4,458
- Passed: 1,108
- Pass percentage: 24.85%
This was the best pass rate among the three categories. Many students called the paper straightforward, but it still demanded careful reading of each question.
Both Groups together
- Appeared: 3,493
- Passed both groups: 651
- Passed one group: 478
- Pass percentage (both groups): 13.68%
Taking both groups in one attempt was again the toughest choice, and many felt the challenge was in balancing preparation for both papers.

The institute said the pass percentages reflect the high standards maintained in evaluation. Clearing the final level is not just about technical knowledge, but also about discipline and consistent effort over months of preparation.
For the 2,167 newly qualified professionals, this marks the beginning of a new chapter. They can now officially use the designation of Cost and Management Accountant, opening doors to opportunities in industries, corporates, and consultancy.
As the celebrations go on for those who made it, others are already back to their books, determined to join the list of qualifiers in the next exam session.
