ICAI News – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the Mock Test Papers (MTP) schedule for CA Final students appearing in the May 2026 examinations. The Board of Studies will run two series of mock tests papers — Series I & Series II — to help students practice full length papers.
Key facts at a glance
- Primary focus: CA Final MTP May 2026 (mock tests for Final students).
- Series I starts on 16 March, 2026 and Series II starts on 1 April, 2026. Times for papers are generally 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
- Tests will be available in physical & virtual modes. Students who want to take the physical test should register at their local ICAI branch or regional office.
What the Schedule Covers
The MTP schedule lists all six CA Final papers in both Series I & Series II, from Financial Reporting to Integrated Business Solutions (Case Study). Each paper’s date & timing are published in the official announcement so students can plan practice & self-assessment.
How to Access Papers and Answers
ICAI will upload question papers, and suggested answers on the BoS Knowledge Portal & the ICAI BoS Mobile App. Answer keys are uploaded within 48 hours after each paper, allowing quick self-evaluation. Students should download the papers from the portal & attempt them in the given time limit.
Registration Steps
Students must register or log in to the BoS MTP Registration Portal (bosmtp.icai.org) using their ICAI registration number & date of birth. First-time users should click “Register Now” & follow the OTP-based email verification. For in-person tests, contact your local ICAI branch/Regional Office.
