ICAI News – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the re-opening of the CA Final Exam Form Nov 2026. Eligible students who missed the deadline will get a chance to submit the CA Final application form online. The window will open on 1st August at 11:00 AM & close on 5th August at 11:59 PM.
Why has ICAI reopened the application window?
ICAI said some eligible students could not submit the ICAI CA Final November 2026 exam form within the original schedule. The change in the examination cycle had caused confusion. So, the ICAI Council decided to reopen the CA Final application form as a one-time exception.
Who can submit the CA Final Exam Form Nov 2026?
This chance is for students who are eligible for the November 2026 CA Final exam but missed the original deadline. If that’s you, take a look at your eligibility and all the details on the ICAI Self-Service Portal (SSP).
Students need valid SSP login details & active Final Course registration. Candidates whose dashboard does not show NEWFIN23 or CONFIN23 may need to convert to the New Course. They should also update their photograph, signature & articleship status before applying.
How to apply online
Log in to the ICAI SSP portal, open the examination form section, select CA Final November 2026, choose the correct group, exam city and answer medium & make the online payment. Check every entry before submission. Download & save the generated PDF and payment receipt.
CA Final November 2026 exam form fee
ICAI’s published fee chart lists Rs 1,800 for one group and Rs 3,300 for both groups at Indian centres. However, the re-opening notice does not mention a separate charge or late fee for the August window. Candidates should confirm the exact amount displayed on SSP before paying.
CA Final exam form last date 2026: Important advice
Apply early & do not wait for the last day. Use a stable internet connection, avoid opening more than one form session & use a computer instead of a mobile phone. For problems, students can raise a ticket through SSP or contact the ICAI Final Examination helpdesk.
The CA Final Exam Form Nov 2026 window will remain available only from August 1 to August 5, 2026. Students should submit the form on time & check the ICAI website for updates.
