The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially begun the ca exam correction form for the CA Foundation, CA Inter, & CA Final exam forms for the Sept. 2025 session. Registered candidates can now make limited changes to their application forms through the official e-services portal of ICAI.
The correction facility allows candidates to modify only two specific fields — exam city and medium of examination. No other details in the application form can be changed during this window.

ICAI has advised students to carefully review the changes before submitting the ca exam correction form, as no further modifications will be permitted once the form is re-submitted.

CA Foundation Exam Dates:
- 16th, 18th, 20th & 22th September, 2025
CA Intermediate Exam Dates:
- Group I: 4th, 7th & 9th September, 2025
- Group II: 11th, 13th & 15th September, 2025
CA Final Exam Dates:
- Group I: 3th, 6th & 8th September, 2025
- Group II: 10th, 12th & 14th September, 2025
How to Make Corrections in CA Exam Form:
- Visit the ICAI SSP Portal: https://eservices.icai.org/
- Log in using your registration number & password
- Go to your submitted CA exam form for the Sept. 2025 session
- Make changes to the exam city or medium
- Review the updated form carefully
- Submit the corrected form
Once submitted, the form will be final, and no additional corrections will be entertained.
Important Note for Students:
Candidates are strongly advised to verify all changes thoroughly before final submission. Any mistake or oversight cannot be rectified later, as the form becomes locked after submission.
