ICAI News – The ICAI Campus Placement Programme for Dec 2025 – Jan 2026 is now officially underway, and this year’s lineup shows a strong hiring wave for newly qualified CA’s. ICAI has released a detailed list of all organisations participating in the 63rd Campus Placement Programme, along with interview dates, centres, tests, & interview modes.
The ICAI Campus Placement Programme aims to connect fresh CAs with India’s leading companies across finance, consulting, manufacturing, tech, FMCG, and global service firms. The new list includes big names like ITC Limited, Wipro, DE Shaw, Genpact, Dell, Mother Dairy, Capital One, BMW Industries, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and many more.
Major Highlights of ICAI Placement Programme 2025–26
- Multiple top companies across major cities:
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, & Mumbai will host interviews. - Tech giants & global firms participating:
Companies like DE Shaw India, Wipro, Dell International Services, AON Consulting, and Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) will conduct interviews across different centres. - Face-to-face interviews dominate:
Most companies prefer in-person interviews, with a few opting for virtual mode such as Sharp & Tannan and BMW Industries Limited in certain centres. - Tests vary by company:
Some organisations require written tests or group discussions. For instance, Capital One Services (India) is conducting both written and psychometric tests in Bengaluru, while Control Print in Mumbai has all three: written test, psychometric test, and GD.
