In an important announcement, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the schedule of the CA exam dates for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final examinations to be held in Jan 2026.
The exams will be conducted between 5th January to 24th January, 2026, as per the rescheduled timetable. The candidates are asked to note the rescheduled dates and prepare accordingly. The rescheduled tests will be conducted at the same test centers and timings, i.e., between 2 PM to 5 PM (IST), except a few papers, which will be conducted between 2 PM to 6 PM (IST).
CA Exam Dates for CA Foundation, Inter and Final Jan 2026
Exam Schedule: ICAI’s official timetable sets the following dates:
- CA Final: Group I – Jan 5, 7, 9, 2026; Group II – Jan 11, 13, 16, 2026
- CA Intermediate: Group I – Jan 6, 8, 10; Group II – Jan 12, 15, 17
- CA Foundation (New Syllabus): Jan 18, 20, 22, 24
The Institute has made it clear that the admit cards already printed will be held valid for the rescheduled test dates. The plan will not be rescheduled a second time, even in case any test day is declared a public holiday by the Central or State Government. The candidates are hereby made aware to keep themselves updated by logging on to the official website of ICAI at for any other announcements.
